Autohaber

Autohaber is a news site that follows the world of cars and motorcycles. It regularly publishes content on a wide range of topics, from new model launches and test drives to electric vehicles, concept models and motorsports.

On news sites, content grows every day. The site needed to keep this flow orderly for readers, help them reach the topics they care about quickly and open fast despite image-heavy stories. It was also important that the editorial team could publish news without technical knowledge.

I built the site on WordPress with Jannah, a theme developed for news and magazine sites, and customized it to the site's needs with a child theme.

• I organized the content into eight categories: current news, electric vehicles, launches, concept cars, exclusive news, test drives, motorcycles and motorsports.
• I built the home page from featured stories and blocks with each category's latest posts. Readers can see the latest developments across all topics on one page.
• I added playlists for video content and a newsletter subscription so readers hear about new stories.
• I did cache and speed optimization so image-heavy news pages open fast.
• I did SEO work so the news shows up better in search engines, and I prepared the legal pages.

Autohaber now has a news site that presents its wide range of content in orderly categories, opens fast and is easy for editors to manage.

The site has kept publishing content regularly on the same platform since 2022.
