Aydın Translation Office

Aydın Translation Office provides written translation and interpreting through its notary-sworn translators. Its range of services is very wide. It runs from medical, legal, technical and academic translation to simultaneous, consecutive and wedding ceremony interpreting, and even consulting on German visa processes. The office serves many districts on Istanbul's Asian side, from Kadıköy to Tuzla.

All these services and areas had to be presented on one site without overwhelming visitors. Translation needs are often urgent, so it was just as important for visitors to find the service they need quickly and request a quote in a few steps. There was also a request for local SEO/GEO work.

I designed and developed the site with WordPress and Elementor.

• I grouped the services into three main categories: written translation, interpreting and German visa consulting. Each service has its own page, and all of them can be reached in one click from a large drop-down menu.
• I created separate service area pages for eleven districts, including Kadıköy, Kartal, Maltepe, Pendik and Tuzla. These pages helped Google feature the office in searches for different areas.
• I set up a quote form where visitors can send the type of translation and their document. For quick contact, I kept phone and WhatsApp links available on every page.
• I added client reviews and frequently asked questions sections to the home page.
• I prepared the privacy and cookie policy page.

Aydın Translation Office now has a website that presents its wide range of services in an orderly, easy-to-navigate structure.

Visitors can easily find the translation service they need and the page for their own district, and request a price quote in a few steps. The service and area pages also lay the groundwork for the office to appear in more searches.
