Project story

The need, the solution, the result.

The challenge

Approval Stitch provides pre-production sampling for embroidery manufacturers and textile brands. It converts the customer's design into a file an embroidery machine can read, actually stitches that file on industrial Tajima or Barudan machines and delivers the result with photo approval cards. Customers who already have a file can have it tested and fixed.

This is a technical, industry-specific service. The site had to explain the service quickly to production teams abroad and clearly show what sets it apart: "see the real stitching first, then go to production." Clear prices and an easy way to start an order mattered at least as much as the design.

What I did

I created the site's design, development and content structure from scratch myself. Because it serves an international audience, the site is published in English. It runs on Next.js. Behind the site that users see, there is also an advanced admin panel.

  • I structured the home page so visitors understand the service on the first screen. The two options, preparing a new file and testing an existing one, appear right at the top as two clear paths.
  • I designed sections that show real stitch samples with before-and-after comparisons. The service's difference is shown through results instead of being described in words.
  • I laid out the pricing page in a simple format that clearly lists what each package includes and what it does not.
  • I created a separate page for the file-fixing service. It lists, point by point, the work that is and is not included, so expectations are clear from the start.
  • I set up the customer login, the order steps and the contact flow.
  • I developed an automation tool that makes the site owner's work easier. Based on the customer's input, it delivers the finished job to the user in the requested output format.

The result

Approval Stitch now has a website that explains a technical service in plain language, presents prices transparently and shortens the path to an order. Behind the scenes, its advanced admin panel makes the manager's work much easier and saves a lot of time.

Production teams can now see what the service is, what it costs and how to get started as soon as they land on the site. The real stitch samples also show, in concrete terms, the company's experience going back to 1990.
